How does a project actually work?
You send over your project details and raw footage through my contact form or WhatsApp. I review it personally, confirm scope and timeline, and get started. You'll receive your deliverables directly, review them, and request revisions if needed.
What's your typical turnaround time?
Most deliverables are completed within 24–48 hours of receiving raw footage and a complete brief, though this varies by project scope, video length, and current workload. I'll confirm a specific timeline when we scope your project.
How many revisions are included?
Each deliverable includes up to two rounds of revisions at no extra charge, as long as the requested changes are consistent with the original brief. Changes beyond that scope may incur additional charges.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on video length, complexity, and volume, and is confirmed with you in writing before work begins. Get in touch with your project details and I'll send over a quote.
Who will be editing my content?
Me, personally — every project. I don't outsource or hand off to other editors, which keeps quality consistent and your project details handled with care.
What if I'm not happy with the final edit?
Let me know what's not working and I'll revise it within your included revision rounds. My goal is a deliverable you're genuinely happy to publish.
