By accessing sharifulcuts.com or engaging Shariful Cuts for video editing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or my services.
Shariful Cuts (Md. Shariful Islam) provides professional video editing services across several categories, including Shorts/Reels/TikTok editing, faceless channel systems, podcast and interview editing, ad creatives, long-form YouTube editing, and corporate/business video. The specific scope, deliverables, quantities, and pricing for each engagement are confirmed separately, in writing, before work begins.
Once we agree to work together, I'll set up a shared workspace or channel for you to send raw materials and receive deliverables. All communication about your project is handled directly with me.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each deliverable includes up to two rounds of revisions at no additional charge, provided the requested changes are consistent with the original brief. Revisions beyond this scope, or changes to the original brief, may incur additional charges.
Pricing, payment method, and payment schedule are confirmed for each engagement prior to the start of work, typically via project intake, email, or invoice. Late or non-payment may result in a pause of active work and withholding of final deliverables until resolved.
Upon full payment for a project, you receive full rights to use the final, delivered video files for their intended purpose. Raw footage and source materials you provide remain your property throughout. Shariful Cuts may retain internal project files for a reasonable period for revision and record-keeping purposes, but will not use your final delivered content publicly, in a portfolio, or for marketing purposes without your prior written consent.
Typical turnaround is 24–48 hours per deliverable once raw materials and a complete brief are received, though this varies by project scope and current workload. Specific timelines are confirmed at the start of each engagement.
Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. You remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the point of cancellation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shariful Cuts's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a specific written agreement with you states otherwise.
I may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website or my services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
